At Kimberly Lynn Photography, the experience is just as important as the end result. I strive to make having portraits taken a fun and stress-free experience, and ensure that in the end you have beautiful portraits to cherish. Ever since I was a child, I have had a strong passion for photography. My father was interested in taking pictures and would be holding a camera wherever we went. Soon he showed me how to use it properly and eventually I was the one taking the family photos. Photography was a hobby that I greatly enjoyed, but I never envisioned it as a career until 2002 when it became one for me! After photographing my first wedding I knew this was something I wanted to do as a career. I enjoyed every moment of it and found it hard to believe it was actually considered work. In 2004 I opened Kimberly Lynn Photography LLC and started fulfilling my dreams of photographing weddings and children. I am very proud to have won: ‘The Knot’ Best of Weddings in 2008 and 2009.

I love my husband, Mike, our son, Michael, my dog Maisey, my family, friends, clothes, traveling and of course yummy martinis and a good glass of wine... but not always in that order! I LOVE my job; I love the flexibility of working out of my house and I love the people that I meet along the way. I love that people trust me to capture such special memories in life whether it is a wedding or a child's first year photos. I love that my unique product is what brings a tear to the eye and a smile to the face. There is no greater job than the one I have and not many people can say that!

I work from my home so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am passionate about what I do and I strive to give my clients the breathtaking photography which they will treasure forever. I have made and kept so many friends from meeting clients. After photographing their engagements and weddings they call me later to capture first baby moments and then yearly children and family photos. I feel privileged and blessed to be a part of these families.
